What colors compliment olive green for the carpet tiles?

Ok I'm olive polished porcelain tile, and we need to know what color rug game. I would stay away from the light-colored carpet, as it gets so dirty in my househould. The only problem is I know that the cream would be more nice, but just not practical for me. Please help me! Thanks

Oh wow … I definitely can respond to this! My house was built in 1972 and the hall bathroom is olive green. The floor, the bathtub tiles, 2 / 3 up the walls and the countertop too! It took a while to find out what do and I had an epiphany in a fabric shop on the beach. Deep Coral, Tans, gold, red (not orange-red), all seem fine. I sand the countertop to remove shine, prepared and color matched to the red towel. However, there is a solid red, as was black (crumpled plastic wrap) and brown (dotted) in the counter and then three coats of polyurethane. It looks fantastic and has been maintained for 6 years without a scratch. The bath towels are Tan The walls are gold in the middle of the fabric. The fabric is coral with monkeys sitting in the coconut and palm trees. There's a new mirror that is gold with black aged finish. On the ground to cover all the green tiles, is a red bath mat with different textures and shades of red. I was shocked and surprised that everything went so well. Note: The red is not a true red, more garnet-red. Hope this helps you out, but did not say what room.
