Are trademarks of waves on the porcelain tiles are sealed before normal?
I am looking to buy a second semi polished porcelain tile 600×600 from making known (SA), which are cheap and I mean really cheap, MSRP of $ 85m2 to $ 11.95m2. Apparently they are only a few seconds, because they have not been sealed, so no big deal I can do that. The tile is an off white plain without bending and no pattern of any kind, but what im worried about is that there are brands of surf through the tile you can see at certain angles and in certain light. Is this normal, how they look before sealing and sealing waves hide the marks? can be ground or polished out? or should steer well clear of them?
These are not normal and, especially, is not normal for a porcelain.Ive seen this as a defect in ceramics and the "waves" as you call them and see a hole or a hole develops in the tile, which certainly don not want to. Did not need to seal or porcelain, so they advise not getting these particular tiles, what you describe. Any other questions you can e-mail to Through my avatar and check my grades there. GL
